Nerdy Related reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, exchange, cancellation, or claim at its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. All merchandise is sold as is and all sales are final, except where otherwise required by law.
Nerdy Related is not responsible for manufacturer defects, collation issues, print errors, packaging inconsistencies, or other production-related issues involving trading card products, collectibles, accessories, or sealed goods. Any concerns of that nature must be addressed directly with the product manufacturer or original publisher, when applicable.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to Nerdy Related’s store policies, including its no return, no refund, and no exchange policy.

All sales are final.
Nerdy Related does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any merchandise.

Due to the nature of trading card products, collectible merchandise, market volatility, and product integrity concerns, we maintain a strict no return, no refund, no exchange policy on both opened and sealed product. Similar retail policies often require merchandise to remain unused, original, and resalable, and TCG policies commonly exclude opened sealed product from refunds; Nerdy Related applies a stricter all-sales-final standard across the board.
Please inspect your purchase before leaving
Customers are responsible for reviewing their items at the time of purchase. Once a transaction is completed, the sale is final.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If you believe you received the wrong item at the time of purchase, please notify staff immediately before leaving the store so we can review the issue. Once merchandise has left the store, it is considered accepted as sold.
Preorders and special orders:
All preorders and special orders are final and may not be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged.
