By accessing our website, placing an order, making a purchase, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies posted on our website, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Accessibility Statement, and any other store rules or notices. Courts have repeatedly scrutinized online terms for whether notice and assent were reasonably clear, so your website should present these Terms conspicuously at checkout or account creation rather than relying only on a footer link.

Nerdy Related is a trading card game and collectible retail business offering products that may include sealed trading card products, single cards, gaming accessories, collectibles, apparel, event entry, preorder items, and other related merchandise.

3. Product Availability and Inventory

We do not guarantee that any item will be in stock, restocked, or continuously available.

 

4. Pricing and Listing Errors

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and inventory information are accurate. However, errors may occur. Nerdy Related reserves the right to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission at any time, including after an order has been placed.

If an order is canceled due to a pricing, inventory, or listing error, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. Nerdy Related reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including after an order confirmation email has been sent.

We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including:

• Product unavailability

• Payment authorization failure

• Billing or shipping information issues

• Duplicate orders

• Suspected fraud

• Violations of store policy

• Purchase quantity limits

• Obvious pricing or content errors

 

6. Payment Terms

Payment must be received and successfully processed before an order is fulfilled unless otherwise expressly stated. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to delay shipment or cancel an order pending payment verification or fraud review.

 

7. All Sales Final

All sales are final. Nerdy Related does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any merchandise unless otherwise required by applicable law.

This policy applies to all merchandise, including but not limited to:

• Sealed trading card products

• Opened trading card products

• Booster packs, boxes, bundles, tins, and decks

• Singles

• Accessories

• Collectibles

• Apparel

• Event-related merchandise

• Preorders

• Special orders

 

Because TCG and collectible products are sensitive to tampering, condition disputes, market volatility, and allocation constraints, we maintain a strict no return, no refund, and no exchange policy.

 

8. Preorders and Special Orders

Preorders, reservation products, and special orders are final and may not be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged unless required by law.

Preorder release dates, ship dates, allocation amounts, and product availability are estimates only and may change due to manufacturer delays, distributor decisions, or allocation reductions.

If Nerdy Related cannot fulfill a preorder because inventory was not received or was materially reduced, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue an appropriate refund for the unfulfilled merchandise.

 

9. Shipping Terms

We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website, at checkout, or in product listings. Any shipping or delivery date is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed. Under the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, sellers must have a reasonable basis for advertised shipment timing and, if no time is stated, generally must ship within 30 days or obtain the buyer’s consent to a delay or refund the unshipped merchandise.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and responsibility for transit issues pass to the customer to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nerdy Related is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, delivery exceptions, or misdeliveries occurring after carrier acceptance, except where required by law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or non-collection, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

 

10. In-Store Pickup and Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered, customers must pick up orders within the timeframe communicated by Nerdy Related. We reserve the right to cancel pickup orders, restock items, or apply store credit or other resolution at our discretion if an order is not collected within the stated pickup window.

Valid identification and proof of purchase may be required for pickup.

 

11. Condition of Products

Due to the nature of collectibles and TCG merchandise:

• Packaging condition may vary

• Manufacturer sealing, collation, print quality, and packaging consistency are not guaranteed

• Minor cosmetic imperfections in external packaging may occur

• We do not guarantee specific pulls, rarity distribution, centering, grading outcomes, or investment value

All collectible products are sold as retail merchandise, not as guaranteed investment assets.

 

12. Manufacturer Issues

Nerdy Related is not responsible for manufacturer defects, collation errors, misprints, print lines, factory damage, packaging inconsistencies, or missing components in sealed products. Such issues must generally be addressed with the manufacturer or publisher where applicable.

13. Event Participation

Participation in any in-store or online event, tournament, league, or promotion hosted by Nerdy Related is subject to additional event rules, conduct expectations, age requirements, capacity limits, and organizer discretion.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse entry

• Remove participants

• Modify pairings, prizing, structure, start times, or event format

• Cancel or reschedule events

• Enforce code-of-conduct standards

Unsportsmanlike conduct, cheating, harassment, abusive behavior, theft, hygiene issues creating disruption, or violation of event rules may result in removal without refund.

14. Promotions, Giveaways, and Discounts

Any promotion, giveaway, coupon, discount, or limited-time offer may be modified, suspended, or canceled at any time unless prohibited by law.

Promotions:

• May not be combined unless expressly stated

• May exclude certain brands, sealed product, preorder items, event entry, or limited releases

• Have no cash value unless required by law

• May be revoked in cases of abuse, fraud, or error

15. User Accounts and Site Access

If account creation is offered, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting access to your device or account.

You agree that you are responsible for all activity occurring under your account and that you will immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to accounts or site features at our discretion.
