Nerdy Related is not responsible for shipping delays, delivery failures, or other carrier-related issues once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider. All shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to the customer upon our delivery of the order to the carrier. Nerdy Related is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged packages after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. Any claims relating to such issues must be made directly with the carrier, where applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at the time of purchase. Nerdy Related is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, any reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event an order is canceled, refused, returned, or undeliverable, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Nerdy Related reserves the right to delay, cancel, or refuse shipment of any order at its sole discretion, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment verification issues, inventory errors, or other circumstances affecting fulfillment.

At Nerdy Related, we aim to ship orders as accurately and efficiently as possible. Please review the following shipping terms before placing an order.
1. Order Processing

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare, verify, pack, and hand your order to the shipping carrier. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

If we are unable to ship within the timeframe stated at checkout or otherwise advertised, we may contact you regarding the delay. FTC guidance requires sellers that cannot ship within the promised time to notify the buyer and offer the option to consent to the delay or cancel for a refund of the unshipped merchandise.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

3. Preorders and Special Release Products
Preorder items, special releases, and limited-allocation products may ship on or after the official release date, subject to distributor allocation, manufacturer supply, and product availability.
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, we may either:

Hold the full order until all items are available to ship, or

Ship items separately at our discretion
If separate shipments are requested by the customer and approved by Nerdy Related, additional shipping charges may apply.
Preorder fulfillment dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturer delays, distributor shortages, or allocation adjustments.
4. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Nerdy Related is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
5. Lost, Delayed, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, transit and delivery are handled by that carrier. Nerdy Related is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, misdelivered packages, or damage that occurs after carrier acceptance, except where required by law.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should first:

Check with household members, neighbors, or building staff

Contact the carrier directly

Allow additional time for possible delayed delivery scanning
For USPS shipments, official guidance provides options for submitting a missing mail search request and, for insured eligible shipments, filing a claim for loss or damage. USPS also states that damaged or missing contents claims should be filed promptly and no later than 60 days from mailing for eligible claims.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us at [insert email] within [insert timeframe, such as 3 days] of delivery.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional delivery charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
7. Combined Orders and Split Shipments
We may combine multiple items into one shipment when possible. We reserve the right to split shipments at our discretion based on inventory location, order contents, or fulfillment needs.
8. Refused, Undeliverable, or Returned Packages
If a package is refused, undeliverable, returned by the carrier, or unclaimed, Nerdy Related may deduct any original shipping cost, return shipping cost, restocking-related handling cost where applicable by law, and any additional fees incurred before issuing any store-approved resolution.
Because your store policy is all sales final, returned packages do not create an automatic right to a refund, exchange, or cancellation unless required by law or expressly approved by Nerdy Related.
9. Order Holds, Fraud Review, and Shipment Refusal
Nerdy Related reserves the right to hold, delay, cancel, or refuse shipment of any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:
