Cancellation Policy

All Nerdy Related event bookings, gaming sessions, private sessions, and scheduled experiences are reserved in advance. Because each booking holds a specific time, seat, staff member, and event space for the customer, we maintain a strict cancellation policy. Customers may cancel or request changes to their booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled event or session. Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund, store credit, or rescheduling, depending on the type of booking and availability. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled event or session are considered late cancellations and will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to the full booking amount. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for cancellations made within this 72-hour window. Failure to attend a scheduled booking without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will also result in the full booking amount being retained as a non-refundable fee. Nerdy Related does not provide refunds for missed sessions, late arrivals, no-shows, or cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled booking. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled booking and are subject to availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed. Requests made within 72 hours of the booking may be denied and treated as a late cancellation. Event Changes or Cancellations by Nerdy Related If Nerdy Related must cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified as soon as possible and may be offered a rescheduled date, store credit, or refund at Nerdy Related’s discretion.
